This cabin rental is luxurious, but it's still in the woods.
DRIVEWAY: The dirt is relatively flat. You should be fine with a car.
DRINKING WATER: Well water can taste funny, but is safe to drink. Bring your own drinking water if you don't like the taste.
STAIRS: The spiral stairs to the loft are steep. Use caution.
HEAT: The cabin is heated by in-floor heat, which does not get adjusted. There is a propane fireplace for backup that can be turned on and off.
PETS: We are pet friendly! Pet fee is $50 (max of 1 dog) and must be paid at time of booking. Your pet is not allowed on furniture or beds. They must be kenneled if you leave the cabin. If your pet causes any damage to the building or furniture, you will be responsible to pay for replacement or maintenance costs. This will come out of your $500 damage deposit.
MINIMUM AGE: At least one guest, who will be at the cabin throughout the rental period, must be at least 21 years of age, or older.
SECURITY DEPOSIT: There will be a $500 security deposit pre-authorized 24 hours prior to arrival and released 3 days after check-out (assuming no damages)
GUEST COUNT: The cabin can accommodate up to 4 people maximum
CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT TIME: Check-in time is 4:00 PM. Check-out time is 10:00am.
SECURITY CAMERA: There is one security camera on the front of the cabin facing the driveway. This is for the safety of the cabin and our guests. It also helps us see when the cleaner and maintenance folks come since we are remote hosts. We do not keep track of guests coming and going during their stay. We have notifications turned off during stays.
NO SMOKING: No smoking of any kind, including cigarettes, marijuana, e-cigarettes. If it is found that any member of the rental party, or guest of the rental party, has smoked inside the cabin, your $500 security deposit will be forfeited.
